We had a fantastic shoot day at his studio in fact it was THE BEST DAY EVER.
Graham is simply amazing at what he does, we already knew his level of professionalism and the quality of photos he produces but we were still simply blown away with our experience.
The atmosphere in the studio was relaxed, fun and inspiring. Graeme is so creative, we got completely drawn into the energy of the room.
The reason for our shoot day was to Brand our new company therefore we were shooting a variety of styles from headshots to action shots, there is nothing Graham can’t achieve. The studio set-up is fantastic with top the range equipment. Graham has everything you could possibly need from backdrops to lights and special effects to make your pictures unique and personal.
It was an honour to spend time in the studio with Graham. We are so lucky to have such talent right here in Dumfries. Graham’s collaboration with makeup artist Ashley (Makeup at the Mansion), is a dream come true. These two are the perfect pair to get your perfect photos.
Although it was a long day in the studio we left absolutely buzzing. Take our word, Graham Edwards is the photographer you are looking for.

We first met Graham back in July 2018 & from the start we knew we had made the right choice, Graham has always been very professional, informative and has helped us immensely throughout lockdown with postponing & rearranging our big day at least 8 times. Going over and above Graham called me after every announcement made by Nicola Sturgeon and let me know what that would mean for our big day - not just in terms of the photography side - he was brilliant! Before our big day, we had a family shoot with Graham & he made us and our children feel so relaxed, the photos were amazing & made us look forward to our wedding day even more. We visited in May 2021 and there is a professional covid 19 guidelines in place which was reassuring to see.
Graham's prices are extremely cheap from the experience we had I would definitely have been happy to pay more than the price he gave us!

Where do we begin...
Graham stepped in and saved the day when our original photographer let us down. We chopped and changed our plans many times because of Covid and nothing was ever a problem. Graham finally photographed our wedding on the 6th of August and he was so professional yet at the same time very laid back and made the whole experience so enjoyable. Graham's enthusiasm and love for his job is clear from the second you meet him. He has gone above and beyond for us and we are extremely grateful, our photos are truly stunning and were ready for us in record time! We are over the moon with them and look forward to working more with Graham to create our wedding album.

We recently had a commercial shoot with GE Photography, to create a short film for a charity partnership event.
Graham understood our organisation and the message we were trying to put out exceptionally well. His passion for his work was clear while he was working with us.
He worked patiently with everyone involved and with a quick turn-around, even with a couple of curve-balls and bumps in the road.
When we requested subtitles, Graham went out of his way to facilitate this request, working closely with members of staff to ensure that our project met both the standards of The Usual Place and of GE Photography.

Graham was our photographer of choice for our early March 19 wedding, words alone will not do him justice he is not just a photographer, he is so much more: a personality, someone who lends a hand, not only to make the day go smooth but to make sure that everyone looks their best.
There is a very personal touch when working with Graham, he met us a couple of times before our wedding date to make sure he knew us and how we wanted our day to go, and we really appreciated that because all that prep showed on the wedding day.
Graham is great at making sure he gets those natural shots of people in the moment enjoying themselves, which are the best kind of pictures, in my opinion, he is really easy to get along with and we really appreciate everything Graham has done.

Graham was the photographer at our wedding and to say he did an amazing job is an understatement!
He was fantastic throughout the day and had met up with us beforehand to make sure he knew which pictures we would like to be taken on the day. And even though my late arrival on the day made us tight for time, he managed to get all the pictures done. He was great at capturing posed pictures and natural pictures too and adapted to what we had requested.

We chose Graham for a family 50th Anniversary photoshoot, relying on his website and online recommendations as we were staying in an unfamiliar area for our family get-together.
We feel fortunate indeed that we chose him as he went far and beyond the call of duty on the day of the shoot as it was during the recent torrential rains experienced in the area and several roads to our location were blocked by floods or landslides. However he secured the help of a local farmer to guide him around the closures and the rain stopped long enough for him to take our photos in the stunning grounds of our house.
A few in our party were not particularly keen on being photographed but Graham succeeded in putting everyone at ease and his skill in choosing the backdrops and composing the shots is evident in the photos.
We now have a wonderful photographic record of a very happy weekend. Many thanks, Graham and we would recommend you without hesitation.

Graham was the photographer for a wedding I attended where the bride was from the United States and the groom Scottish.
Graham was present to capture every moment, without being obtrusive. His attention to detail was superior to most photographers I have encountered.
The groomsmen were from both the United States and Scotland. All of the groomsmen had questions about how to properly wear a kilt. Graham answered all of our questions and even made some suggestions, which made wearing the kilt properly more comfortable.
We have not seen the pictures yet, but the level of experience he displayed on the wedding day leads me to believe he will far exceed expectations.

Graham was and will always be a huge part of our wedding day. He was an integral part of the day and did everything in his power to make the whole day go as smoothly as possible for my wife and I. He went way above and beyond our expectations.
